Penang -- Week 32 -- Almond Bread, Frittata, and Managed Chaos

MONDAY - THURSDAY, October 20th - 23rd
Friends Jess & Debz from Babywearing group are over with their boys.  How fun!  We sit and have a big lunch together.  Jess brought fish pie, Debz made a salad, and I made frittata and almond bread.  The almond bread is a hit with the kids (even though it's probably my worst batch ever) and the frittata is a huge hit with... me!  Oh my gosh.  I can't believe how yummy it is.  It's the best frittata I have ever made.  It's so good I want to squeal and ask everyone if they don't also find it delicious.  But no one makes a peep.  They must not like it that much!  Ah well.  I don't feel bad taking several more servings for myself then.  Haha!

Then it's managed chaos as the children play together...
Arthur seems to be going through a little bit of a bully stage. With the younger tots, he hugs and kisses them incessantly (though it scares them and makes some of them cry). With the older kids (mostly Oscar), he bites really hard, so hard he leaves deep, red, circular bite marks. I hope he grows out of this phase before he decides Regin fits in the latter category. I also hope Regin doesn't go through this phase. He's so timid around other kids, but he does bite, hit, and scratch George and me like crazy. Such a joy!

Jack has just learned to stand. Walking is just around the corner!

Arthur has just bitten Oscar again. Poor thing. I think he got three bad bites during this one afternoon!

All the boys together...
