
I'm taking Echinacea tea, garlic pills, Emergen-C, Juice Plus, zinc lozenges, Day-quil, lemon, chicken soup. I've never fought so hard against a cold. I'm supposed to train today as part of my half marathon training schedule. But with this cold.... missed some training already unfortunately. And I had to cancel a private lesson yesterday. Bummer dude! Anyone know of any remedies I'm missing?
