Or if they come in nifty, brightly-colored plastic bags that work with your color scheme, wrap and tie the plastic around the planter! It's hard to see (it's better if you enlarge it), but some of our plants came in hot pink bags:
Today I'm thinking of doing some DIY Halloween decorations. I'm dreaming up cutting stylized shapes from sheets of paper painted solid colors and then hanging them from string.

just in reference to obama being a muslim, i don't care it's the fact people are thinking he's a terrorist. the comments on adrian curry's blog said he has ties to middle east terrorist, that he's an arab terrorist, that because of his name he's a terrorist, that he's not a US citizen so he has no right to run for president, things that are just flat out lies and really defamations to his character. Just seeing the hate that these aligations have brought up in people shouting out "kill him" at their rally's makes me really sad and fearful that someone might try and cause harm out of fear and lies. same sort of kill abortion doctors mentality. . . .
oh, and some people think all muslims are terrorists. my mom forwarded me an email about it, i emailed her back how you could spread this hate? I would guess 95% or more of all muslims are not radical.
Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I had a whole post planned about the topic, but now my momentum is gone, but I still wanted to comment back and clarify that I wasn't trying to imply that you thought there was anything wrong with Obama or anyone else being muslim. It's just sad to me that people consider that to be a slam. But it's a good thing no one has claimed that he's atheist. Huh?
